the program
Life Aligned is a 10-week program for high-capacity moms who like a full life, but find that joy and presence can get crowded out by all the mental processing and management of it.
The constant auditing, optimizing, endless “how do I do this better?” on top of actually handling everything on all fronts.
This program installs your Life Aligned System — life design with the operational tools to live it. Set your vision, strategy, and priorities. Build the system that lets your calendar, to-do list, and other tools execute on them.
So you stop juggling tasks and reacting to demands, the mental loop gets a home, adapting becomes business as usual, and your energy is freed up to be present and content in the real messiness of modern family and working life.
Built from 15+ years of top-tier strategy consulting and 10 years of motherhood. Applied to the work that needs it most: moms running complex families and full lives with purpose and heart.
Smart, caring, and swirling
You’ve always been smart and driven, so you built a life on all cylinders and you like it that way.
You want to be intentional about all of it — the meals, the extracurriculars, the money, the health, the education, the milestones. You care about how it all fits together. You care about doing it well.
That’s a feature, not a bug. You’re a woman and mother who wants a real shot at all of it, and you know that the math doesn’t add up to enough time anymore — that you need real strategy.
Let’s get you set up for success.
You know about the tools. You have a calendar, a to-do list, an extracurriculars schedule, something of a budget. A color-coded system, maybe a planner. Tools, tools, tools.
What If Your Time and energy Had a System That Matched Their Value?
What’s missing is the strategic layer that says: given your real vision, your real values, your real budget, your real family, your real support, your real capacity in this season…
Without that layer, the tools are just running, not pointing toward something bigger. It all just feels like more and more stuff to manage. You use them because you have to, but it’s a slog. You’re holding them up instead of them holding you. And worse, while you stay on top of your calendar, you keep feeling like you’re falling behind on something you can’t quite name.
You know the math doesn’t add up, there aren’t hours in the day to cram it all in, but you still feel like it’s a little your fault. Productivity culture and “hacks” pretend you can Tetris better.
You’re also working against a model you didn’t consciously build. A stylized idea of success that might be part yours, part an amalgam of archetypes we absorbed through the ether. You end up aspiring to the whole cultural ideal — scanning, optimizing, reassessing — on a continuous loop.
That’s the swirl. Not just the mental load — everyone talks about that. The swirl is what happens when you’re designing your life at the same time you’re executing it. Reassessing while doing. Looping while living. It runs on top of every real moment you’re trying to be in.
And the swirl is what’s stealing your presence, joy, and satisfaction. The mental noting and shoulds and ideas and disparate goals have nowhere to land, so they become “one more thing” while pouring cereal, driving carpool, sitting in the meeting. Your vigilance is holding the whole thing together on top of every actual moment of your life.
The result — you’re a little tired. A little touched out. A little behind, on what you don’t know.
The life is right. The system is missing.
Life Aligned gives you the full system.
It’s strategy consulting brought to your household. The kind of structured, expert-guided process organizations pay six figures for, applied to the one enterprise where it matters most. Done once with someone who’s done it many times, so you’re not losing years of your life trying to piece it together from books and Instagram and mom groups.
The swirl gets a home. The audit has a time and a place. Things go to their right spots in your mind, and capacity opens up.
When comparison lands, you have a map to retrace. So every time your neighbor’s kid gets into the good school, or your sister-in-law hosts a perfect dinner, or Instagram shows you a woman who runs marathons and homeschools, you don’t have to re-derive your entire life from scratch.
Life is still full. You still chose it that way. What changes is that you can actually BE in it.
For your family, that means more presence, more joy, more taking it in. For you, it doesn’t mean magically becoming the old all-cylinders version. She was operating with different math. But you’ll feel like your full self again inside the math you have now.
This isn’t the version where you optimize, lean in, opt out, or move to the forest.
It’s the version where you actually feel: yes, this is my life.
Who LifeAligned is for
- Mothers with full lives at home, in careers, or both, who expect a lot of themselves and want structure that keeps up
- Women who already plan, organize, and think ahead, and often find themselves carrying the broader structure of family life
- Moms who are tired of productivity hacks that sound useful but are really just one more thing
- Those who want their systems and decisions to work together, not pile on top of you
What is the LifeAligned system?
The Life Aligned System has two layers.
Life design: your vision, your values, your priorities for this season. What matters now and what doesn’t. The tradeoffs you’re making on purpose, with enough conviction to stop relitigating them every time a small decision lands in front of you.
Infrastructure: your meta systems that hold everything up — your calendar, your task list, your budget, tracking, planning and more. These aren’t new tools; you’re using most. We learn how to use them as a system in service of your priorities, not in spite of them.
Most people have one or the other: the vision work that stays in a journal while the calendar runs on autopilot, or the optimized calendar with no strategic layer pointing it somewhere. The Life Aligned System is both, working together.

WhY i built this program
I’ve spent my career as a strategy consultant and coach to organizations and coalitions across sectors, and I teach graduate students at the University of Chicago. Structured thinking about complex problems is what I do professionally, every day.
But the thing I care most about is how I raise my kids and show up for my family, myself, and my community. And my LinkedIn profile, or any external barometer, isn’t a helpful marker of success there. So I realized early on that I needed my own way to apply rigor and intentionality to those domains.
I built Life Aligned to make peace with the fullness — not by making it smaller, but by giving it structure so it stops eating you.
Real lives require real tradeoffs. We have to make peace with the fact of the tradeoffs. And then we have to have enough conviction in the ones we’ve made that we aren’t relitigating them while we’re also executing on the logistics.
That’s what brings the peace and presence we’re after.
One thing I understand that productivity culture doesn’t: your life and your family’s life are one project. Not two things to balance. You cannot isolate one domain. The Life Aligned System is designed for the both-and of being a modern woman and mother.
The inevitable spirals — comparing yourself to someone else’s life, questioning your decisions — are shorter and scaled to proportion when you have a map you made yourself. Easier to locate peace and presence when you can retrace how you navigated from your unique circumstances to that place, guided by your own vision, routed through your values.
It’s not about never spiraling or comparing. It’s about having somewhere to land when the wind shifts. And it will, over and over again. Better to build one adaptive system than derive from scratch each time.
I know this because I’ve lived the wind shifts. Three kids, multiple career configurations, loss of family, several moves, two gut rehabs, school changes. I’ve been able to keep moving our life forward in a way that’s increasingly aligned with what I actually want for myself and my family.
Over the years, people have asked me how. I’ve shared parts of the system with friends, colleagues, and the leaders I advise. Life Aligned packages the full system — the truer answer to “how” than any one tool.
I have a big professional life — consulting firm, teaching, and other ventures — and I treat raising three kids and managing my home as the most precious enterprise. The same intentionality, the same quality of thinking, but whole-life centered. The system I’m teaching you is the same one that holds all of it together not in theory, but in practice.

What’s IncludedThe Life Aligned Program
This is not a course you watch and forget. It is a 10-week working program where you build and install the system your life needs, step by step, in real time.
You’ll walk away with a fully installed, repeatable life system: grounded in your values, tailored to your season, and ready to evolve with you.
Module 1: VISION (Weeks 1–3)
Get clear on where you are, where you’re going, and how you want to live along the way.
- Take stock of your starting point
- Define your vision: how you want life to feel and where you're heading across the domains that matter to you
- Name the values that shape how you make decisions and show up
- Surface where the gap is biggest between your vision and your current reality
This module gives you a compass you can come back to again and again, and refresh over the years.
Module 2: INFRASTRUCTURE (Weeks 4–8)
Build the operational architecture that holds every part of your life, regardless of what you’re working on at any given moment.
- Set up your calendar and routines to work with your needs
- Build your task system: one-off, recurring, project, and change work, each handled in the right place
- Organize your space and money so resources support the rhythm instead of fighting it
- Install the review and planning rhythms that keep everything aligned over time
These are the tools that help free you up for the activity of life. You set up once and it supports whatever you’re focused on.
Module 3: FLOW (Weeks 9–10)
Flow your priorities through the architecture you’ve built.
- Implement one real priority by working it through the full system, end to end
- Establish the ongoing review practice that lets the system evolve as your life does
Things are running and now you’re simply navigating, steering your family and evolving with the day, week, season.

This speaks to me because even though my kids are older, almost leaving home, I find myself still running, just because I always have.

The whole idea of bringing Big 3 consulting horsepower with heart to women and their families is brilliant and badly needed.

FAQ
Guarantee: If you complete the program and don’t experience meaningful clarity in how you’re directing your time and energy, your tuition will be refunded.
You won’t be. Life Aligned is about figuring out your own system. If you love your work, the system builds on that and gives you the tools to make it the priority it actually is. The whole point is a custom view of success you can feel good about.
If you complete the program and it isn’t helping you create meaningful change, I’ll refund your tuition. My goal is to support women who are truly ready for this work, and I stand behind what I’ve built.
No, but this program is designed with the complexity of mom life in mind. If you’re balancing multiple meaningful domains, and desire to be present for it all, you’ll feel right at home here.
I do offer a limited number of individual coaching packages in addition to my signature program. I am glad to help you work through the steps one by one and give you feedback. Please email me at devi@deviraja.com.
No. Life Aligned builds structural clarity for how you spend your time and attention. It’s not therapy and it doesn’t replace deeper personal work. When your external systems are steady, you can see your life more clearly and make decisions from a grounded place rather than constant pressure.
