Hi, I’m Devi Raja.

I’m a strategist, facilitator, and coach who helps people lead and live with intention — across sectors, across organizations, and across the different spheres of their lives.

As a Partner at Aim & Arrow Group, I work with mission-driven organizations and regional coalitions to align stakeholders, sharpen strategy, and move the needle on challenges like education, health access, and economic development. I specialize in helping leaders align around shared purpose, develop actionable strategy, and collaborate across boundaries. This work takes clarity, systems thinking, and the ability to hold both vision and execution.

My work is grounded in the belief that sustainable impact — for a person, a team, or a region — doesn’t happen by accident. It’s designed.

I’ve supported multi-sector collaborations, regional public health initiatives, and cross-organizational systems building in Chicago and at the state and national levels. At the same time, I am raising three children and building a life aligned with the same values I bring to my clients.

That’s why I also created the Life-Aligned System: to offer a practical, strategic framework for high-capacity women to bring clarity and calm into their daily lives. We build society out doing the work and in our homes. And the way we manage our lives shapes how we show up across all of it.
